This is a long stemmed;  slow opening rose that grows and stores well in a wide range of conditions.  It is particularly popular at Valentines Day. In terms of stem sales it  out-runs its nearest rival by 2-1. It can however sometimes be difficult to  open, especially when grown in the cooler climates... It now has two serious  rivals in 'Red Berlin' and 'Grand Prix'.
